It can also treat diseases like Filariasis and an immediate relief is experienced as you practice this mudra. 4. It can treat excessive water logging in the body. Jalodhar Nashak Mudra: How to perform it? It is very easy to perform this mudra. Touch the tip of the little finger with the
base of the thumb. Tip of the thumb rests on top of the little finger. Keep other 3 fingers straight. You should practice Jalodhar Nashak mudra with both the hands. If one of your hands is busy, it is okay to practice with just one hand. Best timings to practice Jalodhar Nashak Mudra. Like any other mudra, you can practice
this mudra for 45 minutes daily. If it is hard for you to practice this in one sitting of 45 minutes then you can practice it in 3 sittings of 15 minutes each. You can practice it in the mornings, in the
