To be willing to find the light though You have to be willing to believe in yourself and to believe in your story and to believe that there’s more that we’re going through And that what you’re going through is going to bring you Further into who you’re supposed to be and you’re calling and find the good in it This is how we wake up every morning Toto kisses my face and I kiss him back Be ready to go get some coffee. All right, buddy. Let’s go. Come on Okay, so I was just about to make my coffee and then I saw this on the floor oh No, what is that Okay, so it looks like Toto’s not gonna give me time for my coffee this morning because he has to go peepee But it is winter and now in Vancouver Getting into it so it’s very cold That’s why I’ve bought tub outfit. So we’re just gonna get him changed real quick So they’re like little baby clothes pretty much Go in time It was just like that and now he’s got his little cozy on Just like a real child and we put on his harness real quick And now He’s got his harness up And we’re all ready to go. Just gotta find the leash Torch. Hi. Yes, I know Ok, I’m gonna switch to my iPhone for this little walk just because I don’t wanna walk around my neighborhood with my camera Here we go Okay, so we are back home from walking Toto Typically that would happen after my coffee Ideally, but sometimes when Toto’s gotta go he’s got to go and peeing on my floor means gotta go So I’m just making my coffee. Okay, so we are up in the loft right now, which is where I have my Reading area This is where I spend every morning and every night always starting the day with some bit of Either biblical study or just a book or reading? Something that gets my brain ticking and gets it focused and it’s just my quiet time in my me time stuff I’m gonna do that. And so I’ve got my cute little Reading area going over here and I read and I relax this is what I get to look at you sit here That’s my bookshelf there coffee This isn’t very entertaining for you guys because I literally just sit here. So now that my readings all done I’m just going to walk you guys through a little bit of kind of my key points of my morning And so the biggest thing especially in the fall in the winter just because it is one of those more emotional season Things we all know how we get in the winter, especially if you live in a darker place like Canada when it’s cold And it’s wet and it’s gross today is actually beautiful out. But I think South Fair is just really really important and self-care Isn’t this you know? It’s just making sure that you were starting off your morning on the best of possible So for me that looks like go waking up activating my brain and I’m gonna activate my body by getting a little bit of a sweat and Whether that means it’s a super long workout or just a little workout It is important to me to get a workout in in the morning I know that varies on everybody for what your work schedule looks like. I’m Very blessed that I just work on social media so I can start work at any time But ideally I get my whole morning done by around like 10 o’clock. So I wake up and around 6 o’clock I’m reading by 6:30 done reading by about 7:30 8 get ready go to the gym by 8:30 home 9:30 10:00, and that’s pretty much my morning guys. All right June time jail time. Okay, so Here’s the deal. I am all ready for the gym now Couldn’t have to believe my little dodo. So I hope you guys enjoy this workout All right, I just got back from the gym my workout was so freakin good I got such a good sweat on super pumped and now I just kind of head into working So essentially I would say that’s the end of my morning routine I hope this guy’s helped you at all and if I can give you any tips at all. Just wake up earlier It’s hard at the beginning. It’s hard work. It’s a lot of determination to wake up early But guys that will change your whole entire world If you can get at least three things done before you start your workday or your regular day I promise you it will change your world. It’s changed mine.
