The first step of the pranayam is Naadi Shodhan Naadi Shodah.. How to do Naadi Shodhan?. What’s its capacity ? Since the capacity of lungs is to save 5 liter of oxygen but people live and get died and consume their life within 1 to 1-/12 liter. With this their brain doesn’t get oxygenatic and not able to think positivelly Because pranayam took you to the 4 levels. You will healthy first of all doing pranayam when you will be healthy then the success is the second stage when you will be successful then you will become attractive. and when you start attractive the world then the last stage is like as in the old age a human happily can leave his body without any tension or disease with the science of pranayam only we can reach there. But, nobody knows that to how to do a perfect pranayam. Now i will tell you naadi shodhan. Before doing naadi shodhan you have to sit in the sukhasanas you have to align your spinal coloumn As, previously i have told you first align your skeleton.second align you spinal column & third align your 6 hormonal gland Because when we do pranayam then our Veins,the way medical science works on system 2000 similarly in yoga with parnayam it activated the internal system And when you will reach Shree Yog & Kundalini Yog. So, in pranayam I willl tell you about naadi shodhan as before doing any exercise doing naadi shodhan is must this can be done by a 4 years old boy and a 80 years old man it has different capacity also. For sports department there is a different science for a normal person there is another science that how he does this step by step so this is a physical strength workout pranayam It is shiv yoga and kundalini yoga so, firstly when you will sit in prayam then you have to put your hands on your knees and make them fix there the way we use the jack when the Tyre got puncture so how we use the jack and take the puncture wheel out & place another wheel as in without jack it won’t leave its place and the energy will be wasted and the moment we will hold this then our align radios from the bones and from the head of femurs it will stretch your spinal column and when it will stretch then your disc will release like suspension and when it will release then our cords will get electric supply as in breathing itself is a electricity that is life, the way like we can see everything in the light but we can’t see the light., So similarly our body is just like a bulb and when the life will come into us &life is light & dark is a dead this will take you towards light, the person who is aware of qualities of pranayam then that person will only love, only love as there is nothing except love so the moment we grip here then you have to be careful for no jerking in spinal column it has to be fixed like it is knotted tight with titanium plate so, just after the tightening of spinal column your nervous will get the electric supply what all organs are connected like 7 cervical, 12 therosis & 5 lumber area the way your body will be aligned then with the prayanam your all diseases will be solved so where all the world wide medical science got failed then there yoga and pranayam works which was kept hidden by our Indian hermits, but we are presenting this in front of you so, see how am I breathing and that is naadi shodhan after fixing your hands here you have stretched your spinal column while breathing you must raise your spinal column like you may feel like that someone is actually pulling this even breathing out you have to stretch here I have seen many people doing pranayam that their spinal column is moving, if it is moving then from there only the dangers occurred like if I have placed a plug in to the socket and I am keep moving it then it will create imbalance in the motor so, there may be multiple dangerous problem can happen similarly our life live on breath of life where there is lacking of breath of life there you will have problem and where breath of life is increase then there is growth and growth only so, that’s life so let us start pranayam & how to do Naadi shodha? here in after my front portion i will show you my back portion with this you can under stand more. 21 time breathing inhale …exhale that is 1 count so 21 sets means 1 count . let us start when you will do pranayam for continuously 21 times then you will feel heat in your spinal column because there only we have cord connection, stiffness, flexibility and stiffness is a outstep so you have to make your nervous flexible so that as much as they are in flow you can enjoy the life more. the way i am breathing inhale…. exhale when i breath from my lungs, now i will show you y back that it is stretch in stead of moving. so, you have seen from front & back so the set of 21, will activate your senses you will start feeling that you got electrical supply in whole body , when the baby born just after getting out from the mother’s uterus as per the process design by the nature breathing inhale and exhale in the slow motion so he doesn’t change this our master tells that after naadi shodhan we have multiple pranayams like mukhtika, suraya bhedi, chandra bhediu, bharastika kevali pranayam multiple like Himalaya yogi ,Shiva yogi & Kundalini yogithere are unlimited secrets which can be reveled by the master. with naadi shodhan your body will automatically hit, your spinal column will release sweat & it will be free from arthritis. when you will be free from arthritis of spinal column area then what all area of yours which is block, you will get rid of multiple disease. so, that is naadi shodhan pranayam. Sports person can do this , their speed will increase with this In 1 set you will be normal , and increase your speed in 2 step & will be more and more increment in 3 so that your cpacity which is 1-1/2 liter and slowly-slowly by the practice the capacity of lungs which is to soak 5 liter of oxygen then within 2-3-4 months it will increase your glands will oxygenetic and when your glands will become oxyeganetic then you will always think on oxygen level instead of carbon level, As in carbon is death and oxygen is life.So, that’s naadi shodhan.Thank You…
