ALSO DON’T DO YOGA ASANAS IF YOU ARE SICK. WOMEN WHO ARE HAVING MENSTRUAL CYCLE SHOULD AVOID DOING EXTRA KNEES, OR DIFFICULT POSES. THEY SHOULD DO SIMPLE OR BASIC ASANAS AND AVOID BACK BENDS. ALSO, YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU HAVE TO NOT EXTEND YOUR BODY TOO MUCH. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
