the problem I have is that meditation takes a lot of concentration to maintain my state of mind, which is the opposite of being relaxed.. any solutions wd be appreciated (:
Meditation is about being constantly aware of the present moment, not being interested in memories (past) or fantasies (future). At first, it always takes effort, because our minds dwell on those two tenses of time. But as Osho has meant, it takes effort to be effortless. Only then will you fully understand effortlessness and what your effort was truly for. Staying effortlessly in the present is what meditation is all about. Then you mind/body construct will move as nature with nature.
@TaoTrinity @TaoTrinity I agree except for the "not being interested in memories or fantasies". You can think about the past or experience a fantasy completely in the now. And it's good to still have the opportunity to learn from the past and get inspired by fantasy's (imagine what an artist would be without fantasy). What matters is that you don't develop craving or aversion to past or future

I've always been perplexed a'bt "no time" to meditate(I know I know it's indeed "no will"), now I can take fully advantage of my bedtime and I believe that'd as well remind me of the 1st thing while I get up in the morning: meditate. be centered.

FYI, depending on Chinese "golden flower"meditation esoterica, 11 PM is the best timing to absorb energy from Universe.

What is the music that is played at the beginning of the program? Also this dude is the truth. I have been meditating before sleep for almost a year and my lucid dreaming is better than when I was a child. I had to start keeping a journal because the lines between reality and dream were blurring when I "wake up" here.
Yes it did look like he was 'flipping the bird' when he said 'I say this to them' ….. in response to people who say they don't have time to meditate. LOL !! good one

I don't understand how you can meditate during your sleep. I don't get it at all.
He is saying learn the art of meditation into every moment of your life and not just in sitting meditation, its just that if you consider sitting meditation separate to the rest of everyday affairs then the sitting meditation will be of no "use", first observe your thoughts and try not to get involved in them, then remain the observer noticing the thoughts, learn with continued practice to only observe without judgement
and labelling in what ever your doing.
To those of you who do not understand – listen for the simplicity. Letting go of your "thoughts" and simply allowing yourself to be in a meditative state while you sleep is a simple thing. It is not doing something, but simply NOT clouting your mind and being with thoughts of the day.
Lies and difficulties hide in the complexities that we put into our minds throughout the day, and especially when we lie down to sleep. You CAN meditate when asleep – you SHOULD.

Most people would find it very difficult to meditate while they go to sleep because that is when they play their days events over in their mind and all their concerns etc…lol but if you can get to a point were you can let go of thinking prior to sleep that would be awesome
Strange. whenever i meditate i go to sleep, and i sleep for atleast 12 hours in 24 hours, but i dont meditate often 🙁
When I meditate I loose all sleepiness and get up from bed feeling as if I was asleep for hours. Meditation actually brings me insomnia. How can I fix this??

When I get sleepy all kind of thoughts emerge, almost like a dream right before falling sleep, while more close I get to the sleeping state, more images and thoughts go through my mind, so I can't do this
