Partner Gymnastic Tricks! | The Rybka Twins

– [Both] Hey guys. – I’m Teagan. – I’m Sam. – And we are – [Both] the Rybka twins. Welcome back to Squared. (bright music) – In today’s video, we’ve decided to show you
guys some basic double stunts. – Some simple tricks that
you can do with a friend, a buddy, a sister, a brother. Whatever. So, these are more like
simple, easy double tricks, hopefully, so that you
guys can try at home. – Don’t get disheartened if you
think these are challenging. Because everyone’s
– Just have a go and see.
– Gotta start somewhere. – Yeah, just have a go. – So, before we get on with the tricks, – [Both] Be sure to subscribe
if you haven’t already. And give it a big thumbs
up if you like it. – Number one is called double touch it. So one person lays on the floor, me. – And the other person goes on the side where the knees are, hands on the knees. Oh, nope. – So Sam stands either side of me and then I’m gonna put
my arms above her knees. She’s gonna lean forward, stretch her legs, I push up, and then she bends her
legs and touches her head. And you smile for the camera. (laughter) The next one we call hands and knees. And, you should probably
have someone to help you – Hold. Yeah.
– And catch you if you’re new to this trick. So Sam’s gonna lay down on the floor. My hands forward. Feet close to your bottom. – Yes. – My hands go on Sam’s knees. Sam puts her arms up, I lean forward, stretch my arms. And then, I’m gonna kick
up into a handstand. And then you can go like this. You can go out. And up. And voila. – This one’s called double chest balance. Well, we think. We don’t really know. But, comment down below
if you have a better name. – I think it should be
called dog chest balance. – Yes. Because I,
– Same sits down, – I lay down like a doggie. So you have to have a
really nice straight back. And don’t collapse when your friend, or person going on top. – And then I’m going to grab under Sam’s stomach like this, don’t hold back. (inaudible) And then you hold on for dear life. – Dear life. So that one is a little
bit more difficult, but it’s a lot of fun. – It’s heaps fun to try. We like to call the next one airplane. So I’m gonna lay on the floor and Sam’s gonna soar through
the air like an airplane. So my feet are going
to go on Sam’s bottom. She’s going to bend back. With straight arms, I’m going
to grab onto her shoulders and then she’s gonna push up. (upbeat music) And then I lift her up. (laughter) Let’s try that again. – Take three. (audience applause) – So the next one we don’t
really have a name for. Maybe you guys could name it for us. But Sam’s going to stand there and catch me in a handstand. – Then you hold the back leg, squeezing, Teagan should
squeeze her legs together. And then I go into a mountain. Now this one’s one of my favorites. It’s the Squared one that we did – It’s from our very first Squared video. – So. One person sits down like Teagan, with their ankles apart – I think I can start like this actually. So you start in a plank, like that. And then she sticks her bottom out. – And then I lift my
bottom up over my head. (upbeat music) – That brings us to the end of the video, we hope you guys enjoyed it. – Comment down below if
you guys want us to do more basic double poses. – Or harder ones. – Yeah Be sure to watch yesterdays
