I’m going to show you a
shoulder exercise that’ll work the rear deltoid. It’s called a prone butterfly
lateral raise. It’s a circular motion that will work the rear deltoids at
multiple angles. What you need is an incline bench to lay on and a couple of
small weights. From this position you do a stiff arm kickback to
a lateral raise to a front raise and then lower it. Raise it back up to a kickback Essentially it’s a circular
motion that resembles the butterfly stroke and will work the rear deltoid at
multiple angles. It also works the mid-back as well.
