ROCKING PLANK ON ELBOWS ⎮ Plank Exercise Variation Tutorial ⎮ PLANKMAS DAY 7


Hi guys. My name is Amanda Louise. I am a physical therapist and personal trainer,
which means I help women just like you get in the best shape of your life. Today is Plankmas number seven. So December 7th, and seventh day of Plankmas. We have one minute and 45 seconds of planks
today and you can do that on Instagram. Join me for the Plankmas challenge. Don’t be scared about the number. You can split the one minute and 45 seconds
of planks today into as many mini-planks as you need and want to. And if you want to do more, of course, you’re
always welcome to do that as well. Anyway, so today Plankmas number seven, the
seventh plank tutorial. And today I have the rocking plank for you
guys, so come with me and let’s have a look at how that looks. To perform the rocking plank, get into a plank
position on your elbows and your toes. Tuck your tailbone down and back, and place
your elbows right under your shoulders when getting into the position. From here, allow your shoulders to travel
forward over your elbows while still maintaining proper plank form. Continue for the decided amount of repetitions
or the decided amount of time. If you have any questions about how to maintain
