Self Massage Your Masseter (Jaw) Muscle! Crucial for relieving headaches, TMJ, clenching, bruxism

In this video, I’m gonna be sharing with you how to release and self massage your jaw muscle (aka your masseter) So that’s an easy muscle to find whenever you just squeeze your teeth together this part will inflate or pump up and so you could repeatedly try that and find it basically the muscle belly is here. What I do is I lay down on my stomach Make a fist with one hand
and then put my other hand over it And then I just basically
lay that muscle over my knuckle. Any/either of the knuckles and
like this the weight of my head presses on to this masseter muscle and it feels Feels really good. It’s painful at first, but if you do this for a few minutes a week, it’s really really therapeutic. Basically, I just either hold on one spot or gradually move it around you know and of course do both sides. Also It’s really important to do this if you get headaches Because if that muscle is tight it pulls on the musculature on other parts of your skull So this is a very important thing I feel to incorporate because people don’t realize how Often this muscle is used is one of the strongest and most important muscles in your body because you’re eating Every day, all the time …or chewing tennis balls. Right Medax? Yeah, thanks for watching, and I hope that helps. Oh, you didn’t catch it. We have to do it all over again Downward doggie?
