SNOWED IN = GYM DAY


The weather hasn’t been great yesterday,
it rained all day and I don’t wanna go skiing today… So for the first time in two months, I am
deciding to go to the gym and do a workout. I cannot believe it’s taking me
nearly, or over two months to go to the gym for the first time. I thought I’ll be
there earlier, but no… It’s quite a process to get to gym. I
have to walk to the chairlift and go up the chairlift which is what I’m
doing now. Then get a magic carpet to the bus station and then from the bus
station I have to go up one village and then from the village, I have to walk to
the gym. Wow! but I’m looking forward to it because I need to do an upgrade of
the workout that I’m doing it in my room I do love it but I just need to up the game. That is where I’m going. That isn’t
actually where I need to go… I think where I need to go is there. Well
the good thing is I’m here early so therefore I don’t miss the class at the
gym. So that’s a bonus now that sounds like it! and it feels like that I’ve never actually
left my room to go to the gym today but I did and it is late at night I do have
to say that workout was definitely an upgrade from the workouts I do in my
room because sometimes I actually struggle to do some of the moves that we
had so much room in the gym I’ll give you an example if I wanted to do a press
up in this bedroom I will move all those books onto the bed
and my head press up will be around here and my toes will be touching that corner
over there and I’ll show you and demonstrate how I
do it a few moments later that’s an example of
the space I have here to do my workouts my body is knackered from that workout that I did in the gym and I thoroughly enjoyed it and I’ll see you guys in the next video
