I’m going to show you our version of the bridge
you are gonna lie on your back with your feet and knees at hip distance apart
you are going to make sure that your heels are underneath your knees you’re
going to keep the arms alongside of your body and you’re going to use as much
glute strength as possible try not to use hamstrings or quads
here we go I’m going to show you our version of the
pulasting bridge you are already familiar with the bridge pose the pulsating
bridge adds arm movement in order to target strengthening of the thoracic
diaphragm I’m going to do four reps for you here we go
