channel, I am jyoti Khatri. Today, I am going to share a special acupressure
point which according to Tao tradition can help to directly access your higher brain. This acupressure point is located At the top
of the head on the mid of your hairline about , 0.5 inches straight up. According to Neuroanatomy, this acupressure
point is the Superficial Innervation of Ophthalamic branch of trigeminal nerve (CN V1). This acupressure point or marma point was
used by ancient yogis as it Facilitates optimal function of pituitary gland . Lets awake our brain by stimulating this acupressure
point. Apply stimulating yet bearable pressure on
this acupressure point for about 15 seconds, then slowly rub this acupressure point for
another 15 seconds and then finally tap on this acupressure point for another 30 seconds.in
total this is 1 minute stimulation of this acupressure point. This accupresuure point is highly beneficial
for your brain, head, eyes , and nose. It helps to to Eliminates excess wind, clearing
out eye and Nasal passage, It is benefical point for those who suffer Epilepsy, anxietyinsomnia,

5 times a day. It is associated with Tarpaka Kapha, sadak
pitta and prana vayu.The tarpaka kapha, is located in the

happiness, as well as memory. Functionally, Tarpaka is connected to the
astral body, all past life memories, experiences and knowledge are stored within the matrix
of Tarpaka Kapha. It also helps to nourshises all senses by

Sadhaka Pitta. Pitta is a union of vayu or air and agni or
fire according to theory of panachamahbhoot . Sadhaka pitta specifically Works in and
around the heart . And the last is Prana Vayu which is breathe of vitality, always flowing
inward and upward. It is situated in the head, centered in the
third-eye, and its energy pervades the chest region. It help to nourishes the brain, eyes and governs
reception of all things: food, air, senses, and thoughts. Prana Vayu is the fundamental force of energy
