Namaskar.. My self Abhay Kamar Chaudhary Today i am going to tell you that science of the exercise. where the human will love his body and there will be no biggest doctor instead of him for his body. Because whatever problem comes, first feel it then only we rust to the doctors. So, here we have 2 types of exercise. 1st Suppling, 2nd Stretch. Suppling means that our 206 bones should be fully lubricant. Moment they got stiff our life becomes stiff also Stretching here we use power, just like while exercise people when i streched and i stretch my coastal areas and my lung capacity got increase. so this way.. but before doing stretching , you have to do suppling so that our veins, nobs,accident nobs, muclses we won’t met with accident you we have to do suppling. so for that prior doing both these exercises first you have to align your skeleton. First align your skeleton, second align your spinal cord & third align your 6 hormonal gland suppling… Now i will tell you what is suppling. suppling is just like without stress, like this is my wrist and i am moving it without stress without stress, but if we will use the power here than that will be stretching. Suppling is a lubricant joint exercise without stress Now i will do senses connection with all my 206 bones in my body In which joint i have got uric acid phosphorus block in my body. As soon we move forward to old age we got multiple problems like knee problem, arthritis problem,spinal problem these all occurs due to our wrong eating habbits due to this phosphorus get stick to our body, so then suppling is the only exercise which will make your body introduce to your 206 bones till the time we don’t have knowledge then people will do wrong exercise and they will break that uric phosphorus they have infections they got multiple problems like frozen shoulder, cervical spondylitis, lumber spondylitis, from hip joints to till knees problems so we got multiple problems and people get lost in them. so before starting suppling we will align out body. Just have a look how our breath is moving with our lungs, just see to it So my 3 steps of breathing, in 1st step i have align my skeleton and taken breath inhale And our spinal column align with automatic air suspension. First align your skeleton, second align your spinal cord & third align your 6 hormonal gland That means you have to take so much of breath so that you go to intro-duct with it. human who will not get introduce to his breath then what he will do further,because breath is everything, it makes us introduce with everything breath lies, breath is truth, breath is life & breath is death when it comes in then life, when it goes out then death so when we did’t met with our breath then how can we met with our body when breath is in then our life is moving and when breath is out then our body is dead so, first of all the 3 steps of ours we got introduced with our body .. Ok so now instead of breath now will move on to suppling, so we were talking about suppling from where it begins, it has such 7 exercises along with which will make you introduce with your 206 bones ligaments,spongiecorties who have make all the bones joint. you will met them. till the time you won’t met with them, you will met with the accident like you got accident here and here also so,to be safe from this side you need to wok on your physical strength workout. it happen sometime that we are walking and suddenly got sprain in our leg and we stop there only as in we are not able to move further for this firstly we will do alignments, first align your skeleton second align your spinal cord & third align your 6 hormonal glands as it has 3 breathing. from one of the breathing our skeleton will align, with second our spinal column and with third our glands will be aligned so when all 3 breathing done perfectly then you entered in your body out of 24 hours if a man lost in his body for 1/2 hours, 1 hour then so he can spent rest 23 hours peacefully. So come let’s start suppling suppling is a total joint lubricant exercise. and here my body will start moving without any stress and it is called “Katichakra Asana” in yoga for doing katichakra asana you have to make your shoulder in one align and your toes will be in the center from outside it will be 90 degree fixed and even here after getting fixed if your feet are not properly fixed then and if it is weaker then breathing has to fall so after getting fixed you will move like dancing in fun and both the sides breathing will be out breathing inhale with stomach inside and exhale with stomach in side with this your core and spine will be strengthen. and if we will make out stomach like balloon while breathing inhale then the spongi cord of our spinal column that won’t raise instead it will be under pressure and with pressure it will get twist and our nuclear fiber will be pressure and chances are of its leakage also and that actually block our corn and we start having multiple problems. if your nucleas fiber get dislocate from cervical spondylitis so then you will start having problems like spondylitis problem,therosis area can effected,your kidney can also be affected from 30 sec to 30 years so all the diseases are due to abnormal nervous system so the moment your nerves got imbalance from then only you are under the terror we got stuck with crores of diseases and bigger to bigger scientist will won’t be able to treat that so multiple diseases & it is just like our body is universe so if you are unable to understand your body then how can you understand nature ? because this body is made by 5 elements so after suppling will do again breathing inhale…exhale…inhale….exhale…..inhale….exhale…
