Now, we are going to do Surya Namaskar.
There are 12 steps in Surya Namaskar First is,
Raise your hands up, joined it and bring it down.
Second, Raise your hands up and bend backward.
Third, Bend Forward.
Fourth, Keep one leg at Back and Bend it. Five,
Keep both legs back. Sixth,
Lie down. Seven,
Come to the snake position. Eighth,
Lift your body up. Ninth,
Keep your left leg front. Tenth,
Get up and touch your foot fingers. Eleventh,
Bend backward. Twelfth,
Come to the first position.
