Hey Vogue! Welcome to All Access.
So I’m about to enter the Athletic Club at the St. Regis, Mumbai. Come on in! I was in boarding school and we used to
have this horrible thing at six o’clock in the morning which is called uphill run So instead of that I had an option for Yoga.
So that’s how I started Yoga. Today, what I did for you was
basically something that I would do for myself. It’s not a classic of Ashtanga routine
but I mixed it up a bit and then I only did two Suryanamaskars. One was the
classic Suryanamaskar and one was this slightly advanced Suryanamaskar. Yoga nourishes your mind and your
heart that it helps with concentration, it helps us focus, it helps with discipline It’s kept me very agile, very flexible. It keeps me very happy and then I played
it on a bit and I did some of my Kalari kicks which I enjoy doing. So I did
Kalari as well in school. Kalari is your Martial Art from Kerala.
I really feel happy when I’m doing Yoga. I think it’s like a combination of all these things It’s like dance music yoga. They’re like
just, I don’t know they are what I’m made of I really highly recommend Yoga to everybody. So I don’t know my life without these
things. I’m totally addicted to Yoga. I love it. I really think it changes your life. I’m a Yoga person. Watch this space for more
