The first basic move is Ujjayi breath so
to learn how to create this sound, first we’re going to start with a natural
inhale through the nose. And then you’re going to exhale through an open mouth
making that ha sound inhale through the nose exhale make that ha sound. And now to learn ujjayi breath on both inhale and exhale. Now that you’ve learned how to
control your glottis muscle to narrow the passage of breath in and out of the
body, you’ll apply that gentle contraction through the in-breath and
the out-breath creating that sound. Let’s do it. and that’s a ujjayi breath.
