mind body and soul for your body in a vinyasa class you’re gonna be working on
your flexibility strengthening muscles you’re working on your cardiovascular
system really getting the breath moving with your body your breathing it’s going
to improve so you might feel some increased strength some more muscle
definition some tone in the body as well as improved balance and that type of
thing as far as your internal body goes vinyasa will help you to balance some
hormones reduce stress maybe reduce some anxiety help your blood pressure it’s
very calming practice yet it’s also cardio so you’re going to be working
your body just as you would exercise so you’re going to get all of those good
releases of hormones that say yes you worked out and you’re gonna get the
benefits of being slowed down and meditative as well as for your mind I
like I said you might see those reductions in stress and anxiety because
your thoughts are kind of leaving your brain you might feel some great feelings
of self love some feelings kind of caring for everyone usually on a yoga
class you’re really promoting kind of a much better peaceful version of yourself
or the world so maybe just start mentally feeling better about yourself
about others around you about the planet that type of thing so the benefits of
