Week 7 Day 1 // Arm Toning Workout // Biceps, Triceps + Shoulders


hey guys oh what’s up welcome to today’s
arm toning workout we’re focusing on the biceps the triceps and the shoulders
today so because we’re focusing on building strength building lean muscle
and sculpting out of those arms we are performing multiple sets today we are
switching up our format just a little bit so each exercise you’re gonna
perform for four rounds before you move on to the next exercise and we’re
dropping our rep range down a little bit this week we’re going from 12 reps like
we did last week down to 10 so just 10 reps of each which means you may want to
increase your weight just slightly this week again we want to focus on choosing
a weight that’s gonna allow us to perform all of the recommended reps and
sets without losing proper form always start heavier you can drop your weight
as you progress through the workout that fourth set is really going to help us
get to that point where our muscles are fatigued and that’s where we’re gonna
really develop some nice strong lean muscles but don’t worry guys we’re still
getting that heart rate up and we’re still getting in a bit of cardio today
with some cardio intensive moves so we’re gonna be building muscle and
burning fat at the same time go grab that equipment guys and get ready we’re
starting our warm-up right now okay team starting out week seven good
and strong those arms were on fire in this one today am i right
