Wrist issues while doing yoga poses? Watch this !


It’s Andrea! Happy Friday ! In this video,
I’m going to show you how to use the yoga blocks. Yoga poses can be tough, if
you’re not flexible. Blocks help stabilize your body and to feel the poses
deeper .Step into a high plank with your hands on the blocks .They should be
on the mid-level. Place a block on the mid-level, under your lower back, and go
into a bridge pose. Get into the butterfly pose, and place
the blocks underneath your knees, on the lowest level. Place your hands on top of the blocks,
and lift your body up. The blocks should be on the lowest level. I hope you liked the video, and that you
