on behalf of Expert Village. Second posture is the Half Butterfly. One heel comes in toward
the perineum out to the side. Front knee is bent, the sits bone comes backward so you’re
at the frontal portion of the sit bone. Inhaling you can pull the back of the thigh, float
the chest open, exhale the back of the knee down and gently fold holding the shin, ankle;
if you had a strap you could lie so with the sole of your strap. It’s fine can be a little
rounded here, getting a nice stretch in the hamstrings, this is good for the bladder meridian.
Also the inner thigh, activating the kidney adrenal, the kidney meridian and the liver.
The other hip getting the gall bladder meridian. The first two chalkers are being stimulated.
The accent in all the poses is to be as relax as possible. This accent relaxing in all.
