That is a good excuse to do another one. This time in Dutch. We’ll be doing other poses than last time so if you haven’t seen the first challenge. Make sure you also watch it and try out those poses as well Find yourself a partner: husband, wife girlfriend or boyfriend. Make sure you do a solid warm up. Run for 5 -10min and stretch a couple of minutes to make sure the large muscles are ready for the poses You can also implement the poses into your routine or your yoga session of the day. Whether you are familiar with yoga or not this video is definitely useful to try and it is also a lot of fun to this with your partner, one of your homies or your BFF Let’s do this!
