of Expert Village. Now, another exercise. And we will just close our fingers, and we
will start rotating it from our wrist. This is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, just breathe normally,
8, 9 and 10. From anti-clock direction, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and last. Again, just
relax for a while,
back to your base position.
