of Expert Village. Now, we are going to do some loosening-up exercises for the joints.
It is excellent for those who are suffering from arthritis, high blood pressure and heart
disease. Now, we are going to start it. Just straight your legs. This is the base position.
Now, we are going to do the lower movements of our body. We will start from our toes.
Let’s start with it. Now, just–we have to breathe normally and keep your face calm and
cool. Now, the movement is like this. Just try to close your toes and just open it. Again,
just close it and just open it. Again, close it and open it. Just close it and open it.
Just breathe normally. Don’t take stress on your face. Be normal. Just breathe simply,
normally. Just close it, and just open it. Just close it, and open it. Just do it for
