Bring thumb up. Following with the eyes till we can’t see anymore. and then bring thumb all the way down on our lap. Strengthening the eyes, strengthening the optic nerve,and the muscles around the eye. Bring thumb back. Okay, now let’s close our eyes. Release our hands. Just take a breath or two here. Relax the eyes.
