Chi, how long does it take to fix my bow legs? I get this question all the time. And today, I’m going to answer it. My name is Chi, and you’re welcome to The Body Conditioner. How long does it take to fix my bow legs, Chi? And this is the question I get all the time. However, I want to rephrase it. And I want to ask you – What does it take to fix my bow legs? And I think that’s the more important question to ask, than how long it takes. “What does it take to fix my bow legs?” It takes three things. Number one, it takes Discipline. A lot of it. Most of you have had bow legs for a long time, maybe even from childhood, and we are used to that. We think we are born this way, and we will die this way. And in order to redefine, unlearn and change the body, It needs discipline and hard work. And this is already the second point – Hard work. It needs hard work. You need to do the work. You can’t just sit down and think — Okay, I have bow legs, I’m miserable. You have to do the work. That means you need to do the right exercises, and you need to do that on a regular basis. It’s not enough to just do it once or twice, every now and then, you have to do it regularly and consistently. That is what it takes. We cannot expect something that developed over time to disappear overnight. That’s ridiculous. So, we need to put the extra work in. You need to do your homework. You need to understand your body. And trust me, I’m here to help you, but you need to do the work. And number three, Diligence. Super important. You can’t be lazy about it. You can’t be lazy about your bow legs if you want to treat it naturally. There are lazy ways out there. You can do surgery, you can buy a belt, but all these measures are not going to change your body and unlearn your habits. So, you need to be diligent at all times. You constantly have to remind yourself of your weaknesses. You have to make it your strength. You have to focus on your hip adductors.
