Last we are going to come down on to our mats
and we are going to lie all the way down. We are going to bring our legs long on our
mats or we can curl up on to our sides if we would rather that position. And we are
going to close our eyes and be very still and very quiet like we are pretending to sleep.
Let’s bring our arms down on to our mats and just starting to relax. And feeling like there
is a cloud underneath our bodies and that cloud starts to lift our bodies up off the
mat. We feel light, feel like we are starting to fly through the air. As we start to soar
on our cloud through the sky let’s look down and see all the tiny houses, the little tiny
cars on the road and maybe we are looking down at our house, flying through the air
like the birds and feeling the breeze on our skin. We can slowly float our clouds back
down on to our mats and opening our eyes, namasta.
