When I started Yoga here, my RA Factor was 300 Now recently test was carried out in the month of March, on..2nd March it reduced to less than 10 I can say it has become negligible When I used to get up the morning, everyone in the family had one question, which part of my body would pain Or what I would be able to do (house hold chores) What family members had to do 4-5 times in very hour everyone will ask, which part of my body is in pain or what is happening in body Mentally, I was very disturb, every moment there was a feeling of sickness in my mind, it was like I am ill Every time, I had a some or the other physical complaint When enter in this yoga class I would tell my condition to Smita Madam Then, immediately Smita will focus on my pain So I get relief from the pain within 5-10 minutes For example, today I had shortness of breath, when I came here But immediately, it was taken care and By the end of the class I was perfectly normal for the issue I was having Here, immediately They focus on the particular pain area First, they try to free from my intimidate pain Then what is the cause of pain Then, how can I get relief from that pain, they try to reach that lavel By the time, I leave class, I am withou pain Though I come to class with pain but I leave without pain Because of RA, for the last 10 years, I was suffering Now I couldn’t spend time on my SON Or when I was most needed to Him, I couldn’t do anything No that because of my physical & metal improvement And RA Factor got reduced to less than 10 Seeing this report, my Son has become more happy than me Now, he feels that my Mom would be able to spend time with me I still feel emotional but But he feels that I have become perfectly alright Now, he has said strictly that whatever happens except some serious sickness I would not discontinue This (Health First) Yoga Classes I also practice Yoga at home also whatever I am taught here Two times a day Now everyone says that I have got best improvement because of this Yoga Class’s support Now I can drive scooter I am able to do small or big tasks of the home I am able to do hair comb in perfect manner Or some issues like Previously, even to lift 500 grams was a difficult task Now I can easily lift Only one advise, I would give You keep continue your medication but But along with that you add this (Health First) Yoga Class in your lifestyle In this way, physically and mentally, you will get great benefits I have myself felt I am sharing my own experience
