Varicose Veins. Doctor says that there
is one heart. There are a few more theories
that people.. ..consider there to be 3 hearts. 1 heart is main over here. And the 2 supporting hearts
are our kidneys. Its near the calf muscles. Human is a vertical creature. Due to it being vertical the
blood supply is towards.. ..the earth the gravity pulls it. Due to that your blood
supply continuously.. ..goes down towards the earth. So it should be opposite to that. So what happens slowly is
that our varicose veins.. ..there are valves on them. There are 2 valves on them.. ..which throws the blood up which
gives support to the heart. Because of that support your
@varicose veins are unable to be strong. When the veins gets tired.. ..you stand for a longer
time and sit less.. ..like shopkeepers. Like general stores.. ..if you are a dentist.. ..a doctor.. ..you stand for long time.. ..then the people who keep standing
the doctors and all.. ..do get the problems
of varicose veins. So for that what is the opposite? Meaning if you go from
up to down then? The problem will end! The best way for that is that
you practise Sirsasana daily! By doing that you won’t be
facing varicose problems. Second thing is Halasana. Practise Halasana 2 times. Meaning for 2 minutes. Sarvangasana is very effective. Salavasana is effective. Bhujangasna is effective. Salavasana 10 times. Bhujangasana 10 times. Practise them.. ..you yourself will see that slowly
your varicose problems are ending. And this actually is the
standing problem. Women stand continuously
for 5-6 hours. This is why it starts paining. Varicose veins gets punctured. If they burst then
you have danger.. ..it means that your heart
is getting weak. Pay attention, save your kidneys. If you are having problem
in kidneys.. ..if it is paining a lot.. ..then its very dangerous.. ..if you are pressing the
kidney again and again.. ..causing hurt over there.. ..getting it massaged.. ..then you shouldn’t do it.. ..the varicose veins should
never be massaged! If you are massaging it.. ..then you are causing
danger for yourself. You can have a fatal problem
at any time then! So the varicose veins should
never be massaged. You can protect them
through Asanas. Drink a lot of water. By drinking water again and again
it gets cleaned very fast! This is called as anti-oxidant! Anti-oxidant does cleaning! What are the 3 qualities of water,
lowering the temperature.. ..it makes the body
temperature normal. It does cleaning. And transportation. It brings all the vitamins
and minerals to you! You should drink water. By drinking water your
cleaning happens fast. You wont get stones. And you varicose veins also
don’t trouble you!
