– Hello, my name’s Suella O’donnell. And I’m from sunny
Townsville North Queensland. Life before MerryBody, let me think. Never exercised, never had the motivation. Really difficult to actually motivate myself to do anything. And now, I’m on the mat nearly every day. And if I don’t make it every day I do 20 minutes the day after. But I’m averaging 70 minutes
or more on the mat a week, It adds up! It’s great! And motivation’s there all the time. ‘Cause you girls are always there in the background. Always on Facebook, often sending these emails through to say, we see you on the mat. This just means so much, just to be part of it, it’s beautiful. When I joined MerryBody I was so excited at the concept, I couldn’t wait, but I had no idea, the magic that it would
bring into my life. The community and the beautiful people that are part of it. It is just so special. I had no doubt at the beginning but I had no idea it was gonna be so exciting. And the studio’s evolving all the time, there’s new classes. Like I would have expected maybe half a dozen classes… that’s your studio But it’s just non stop, it’s
so exciting, every week. It’s just great. Love you girls. MerryBody has helped me so much, you would not believe it. True story, just before I decided to really get into doing the exercises, ’cause motivation’s always a problem. I bent down one day to find one of my dogs under the bed and true story, I could not stand up. I didn’t have the strength. Now I’m really strong and every week I can feel myself getting stronger, got a few more muscles in my arms and I feel so much better. No aches and pains and it’s really just had completely changed my life. Love you. I had osteopenia, which is half way to osteoporosis. Yoga has also helped, my bone density has actually increased. So, they were thinking of
putting me on medication. And I don’t have to go on it now! So improving my life in so many ways. I’m getting so strong and I just feel so much better for it. Of course, everybody’s body’s got a story and mine has too. So there’s a lot of
adjustments I have to make, because, yeah this still
is some bits and pieces that I can’t do. But it just makes you feel like you’ve accomplished something when you do finish on the mat. Yes, I feel better now.
