Yoga Inspired Workout (FOR ABS & UPPER BODY!!)


Hey, you guys! Today we’re doing my yoga inspired workout. Our first exercise is leaning windmill concentration
curl. You’re going to bend at the waist, get a
nice, stable base, and then go for your concentration curl. Second exercise: downward dog toe touches. We’re going to get in a downward dog, then
you’re just going to reach over and touch the opposite toe. Third exercise is side plank press. For a plank, just rotate your body slightly,
lower yourself to the ground and you’re going to press your body forward and backward. Our fourth exercise: lunging scorpion pushups. You’re going to start by leaning over, getting
your hands on the ground, that back leg is going to come over your head. You’re going to go into a deep pushup, walk
your hands back up to start. The final exercise is side plank knee touches. You’re going to get into a side plank, you’re
going to bring your top knee up, and you’re going to slowly lower it to the ground, and
then kick your leg and arms up toward the ceiling. I hope you guys give this work out a try. It’s really fun. It has other blueprints in there. Especially these that are so strength building. That’s what I love about them. How to put you in different positions we’re
