Yoga: Lying Postures : Yoga: Dead Bug Pose


Dead bug, I love dead bug, it’s so fun. It
makes me feel like a little kid. So all I’m going to do for dead bug is I’m going to lift
my legs to the sky, I’m going to lift my arms to the sky and just like a dead bug in the
water you know how they sort of have their legs lifted like this if they’re on their
back. We are going to start shaking our hands and shaking our feet. You can also make any
sounds, the way of moving energy through the body or you can just breathe deeply, shake
and shake and shake, helping with blood circulation, moving the energy along through our body it
feels really good when we are done so let’s see I’m going to stop. I’m going to breath
and notice that feels really really good. Then we’ll shake again, shake it, shake it,
shake it, completely relax, completely crazy and then just melt the arms down, melt the
feet down, breathe, relax, and notice how wonderful you feel.
