Hi. I’m going to demonstrate the Lion Breath
right now. Really, great for getting energy back in the body also for those with fibromyalgia.
It works also the muscles in your face. Great for a good breathing technique. So, you get
in a comfortable position. You’re either going to have your heels in line or crossed at the
ankle. And, we will demonstrate first with taking a deep inhale from the belly. As you
exhale, you’re going to take your hands out and bring it back in. That forces all the
air out, so get the bad air out. Take an inhale. Exhale. So, when you do that your tongue comes
down. Your eyes look up and you really force that air out. When you’re going to do this, I try to do
this at least ten times. But, if you’re just beginning you may want to try to do this about
two to three times. So, let’s try that again. You’re going to open the ribs, force it out.
And as you keep doing that, if you feel like you get a little bit dizzy there. Back off
a little bit. But, slowly but surely you’ll begin to get better at that. So, as you do
this work your way up to about ten.
