Instructor: Let’s do… “nadhi soodhi” – alternate nostril breathing. So make a little crab claw with our right hand. If this is hard, you might just want to do with the thumb. So tuck index finger and middle finger. And then bring thumb, pinkie, and ring finger together. Then, take thumb, and pinch right nostril. Inhale left. Pinch and hold (left nostril). (Release right nostril) Exhale right. Inhale right. Pinch and hold (right nostril). (Release left nostril) Exhale left.
