okay everyone welcome to yoga Tech my name is Esther and today I’m going to share with you super bladder konasana reclined bound angle pose so it’s nice to make yourself really comfortable so I’m going to roll up this you can roll up a really really thick towel but I would suggest well no probably just a few blankets on top of each other would be better I’m just going to use that so you’re going to sit in front off the blankets whatever you use and lie on top of it so it’s really comfortable if you lift your hips for a moment you can pull the buttocks down a bit so you lengthen your lower back out and this is not about pushing your knees to the floor this is about relaxing the knees because you want your inner groins to be soft if you push the knees to the floor you will harden the groin you don’t want that so keep it soft even you would want to think about knees up sort of groins and sink down so if this is really uncomfortable and it could be then it helps to fold up FB lows ready or blocks or whatever you use and support the ties so that there’s not not too much strain again because you don’t want strain you want relaxation this is a very restorative pose you can extend your arms out to the side and many of you have asked me for poses to balance hormones to increase fertility even and well this is a very very good pose for this because especially fertility wise you know if it doesn’t happen you get stressed and so your practice should be restorative and slow to counteract that stress so this is a good pose you want to hold it from one minute to five minutes even twenty ten minutes to 20 minutes is great and it’s freeze the energy flow in your pelvis so that’s obviously you can imagine how good it is and it also increases them Stella T of the digestive organs and the reproductive organs it quiets the mind as well which is absolutely wonderful we can all do with that and does relief from pls premenstrual syndrome which is great so basically again it’s balancing of the hormones which helps that happen it’s stretch sista inner thighs and it opens growing that opens the hips so lots of benefits very very very pleasant pose to be in so again if it’s not comfortable start with a minute if it is comfortable stay for as long as you like and if it’s not comfortable remind yourself to make it comfortable you can lift those legs up here if you need to just stack whatever you need under and you could place enough under your head to be comfortable just just make it comfortable okay that is it so I’m going to stay for a little bit longer and try it out let me know what you think
