Hi, my name is Maryann and today I’m gonna share some tips with you on using a yoga strap. Lot of times, people don’t know what yoga straps are use for, they look like belts with two loops.. And nice thing about the loops is they hooks together just like a belt normally would.. This is a specially great for posture improving such as tightening the strap around your back and being able to tight together. This is also good for poses where you need to have a really good grip. Looping a strap around your ankle, allows you get a really good grasp on your ankle while still using the strap.. You can walked it out as dancer pose and focus on kicking up and aligning the posture of your hips rather than focusing on how far your shoulder stretching or how much of a grip you have in your ankle. This straps are also really good for your typical bends, such as forward bend.. And they’re good for binding poses too, so you can walk your hands together slowly. Whether your a beginner or advance skilled or your looking for something helpful to stretch with..
