Yoga Wheel Pose For Beginners – Intense Leg Stretch – #6 | Clever Yoga


hey everybody welcome back to clever
yoga my name is Marin Jaden and this is our yoga wheel series, today we’re doing
pose number six which is an intense leg or hamstring stretch using the yoga wheel, for beginners we’re
going to be starting with a smaller wheel because it’s a deeper stretch we’re just gonna simply take our
wheel, place it on our mat we’re going to kneel right behind the wheel role that
wheel towards your legs and gently place one leg over it from here we’re going to roll that wheel
right up to our couch bring our hands down to the ground and roll back as we
scoots back extending that way try to maintain that nice upright
positions you can place your hand on the wheel walk it out as you roll it back that is a deep stretch very gently, release the muscles here pull the toes up if you can you want to
breathe in and out here for five to six deep breathes roll forward and switch sides
