Staff pose _ DANDASANA “Dandasana” is pronounced “dan-da-sa-na” “danda” means “stick” Benefits : Strengthens the spine Improves posture Not recommended if: You have a lower back injury Execution Sit upright on the floor The back’s straight The legs are straight and parallel in front The feet are directed upwards The top of the head rises to the ceiling The spine is straight and extends upwards The chest is naturally opened Press the hands on the floor The pelvic lean forward Press the buttocks on the floor Press the thighs directly on the floor Press the heels on the floor The tips of the toes facing the face Close your eyes, breathe evenly, slowly and deeply with your abdomen during several respiratory cycles Hold this pose for a minimum of 1 minute Thanks for watching and, Please subscribe !
